A Mechanical Engineer from Texas A&M ​University with a Masters in Business ​Administration from Rice University ​combined with over 20 years of Subsea ​and Surface Oil & Gas design, project ​execution, and business management ​experience, A native Texan with a global ​perspective, Cody has a passion for ​business finance and a vision for building ​a cleaner energy future.

FRANK KOECK

A Mechanical Engineer from the University ​of British Columbia and licensed ​Professional Engineer with over 30 years of ​domestic and international Subsea and ​Surface Oil & Gas equipment design, ​development, manufacturing, project ​execution, and business management ​experience. Frank is a Member of the ​Engineering Leadership Board at the ​University of Houston, building future ​talent for the energy sector.

GREG JOHNSTON

A veteran of the Energy Sector with more ​than 25 years of project development and ​consultation experience, Greg brings ​technical and commercial expertise in ​carbon sequestration (CCUS), hydrogen, ​government-based incentives, and ​voluntary carbon (ESG-related) spaces. ​Greg specializes in business optimization, ​subsidy compliance, and monetization ​enhancements for CO₂ and hydrogen ​related projects.
